Super friendly and helpful staff. The unit was really clean. Something I liked was that they remembered my name. It might sound silly, but the fact that they care enough to learn your name makes you feel like a person and not only a profit-making asset.

The staff are super helpful and very friendly. The staff also helped recommend boxes and packing supplies that would suite my needs. The facility is very clean and staff walks you through the paperwork to make sure you understand the policies. I give 5 star for the service in storage
