My girlfriend and I were in recently & had the pleasure of dealing with a women by the name of kimberly I believe ! She was super sweet, took her time with us, showed us the unit and made sure we were well aware of all the ins and outs. Felt the need to come back and write a review because good customer service feels like a needle in a hay stack these days !

Nikki was fantastic to work with and she explained all the information that I need to know as I'm knew to storage and storing my late wifes belongings so I can go through everything. The facility is very clean and organized and she made me feel right at home and part of the access storage family. Kudos to such a fantastic service
