My girlfriend and I were in recently & had the pleasure of dealing with a women by the name of kimberly I believe ! She was super sweet, took her time with us, showed us the unit and made sure we were well aware of all the ins and outs.
Felt the need to come back and write a review because good customer service feels like a needle in a hay stack these days !

Clean and easy to get a unit. We had difficulties cleaning out our unit as management didnt want our unit to be without a lock. We emptied our unit apart from trash we were going to pick up the next day, but when we came to pick up the trash there was another lock on the unit so we couldnt get into it. We called and asked about it and they said they couldnt have rented units without a lock so they put that lock there. We had to travel back, get them to remove the lock, and empty the unit unless we wanted to pay for another month of rent which we were not going to be in province for. Made it alittle inconvenient for us.
