We recently used Apple Storage to book at unit between moves. The online booking process was simple and easy to navigate. During the move however it quickly became clear that we were going to need more space, so once again went onto the website to reserve another unit. Almost immediately, we received a call from the Office Team to confirm that we had booked two more units (which had been unintended). The computer had also auto assigned the unit on the far side of the facility from where our initial booking was. The team was amazing. They cancelled the duplicate unit right away and then went above and beyond spending time shuffling inventory in order to ensure that our units were closer together (they got us to within about three units!!), They also went the extra step, providing cardboard and an empty pallet so as to be certain that none of our more sensitive items would be sitting directly on the floor. I wish I had the name of the gentleman that helped, but I don’t have it to share here. All in all, top mark for Apple Storage on Big Bay Point!! Thanks for the support!

Great staff, everyone was really nice and welcoming there. One of the workers when I was putting my stuff in the unit gave me a hand and helped me out. The manager was so polite and explained everything and showed us all the units to find better size. Recommended

This the best place to get to storage, There way to deal and handle the situation Excellent experience with this self storage facility! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The units were clean, secure, and easy to access. Pricing was fair, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for safe and reliable storage services!
