The team here is great! The facility is clean and well-maintained. Easy to access via phone or email for any kind of support or assistance.

More specifically, I've had a storage locker here for almost 2 years and recently decided to downsize my locker. Pablo from the front office was so helpful in finding me the perfect locker both in size and location; provided me with a measuring tape to make sure my larger pieces would fit in the locker; gave me some time to think about my options and put the lockers on hold for a day or two while I finalized my decisions. When it came to reviewing my new paperwork, Pablo made sure to explain everything to me clearly and concisely and answered all of my questions to make sure that everything was transparent. The team here is great and very helpful, but truly a special shoutout to Pablo!! Every time I go in, he remembers my name; asks how I am; and checks in that all is good with my locker, and makes me feel like a valued customer to their business.

I chose Storage Mart because of Emily and Patrick going above and beyond what was required to take care of my needs. They gave me incredible advice service and welcomed me in the kindest ways. It was not an easy transition for me and they made it so affordable. and hassle free all I had to do was make my payment and show up to my unit. I highly recommend this company. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, I forgot the names of the staff, but everyone I interacted with was incredible. They were very helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Excellent customer service, and they made the whole experience pleasant. Highly recommended!
