The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail that I needed to know. She was also dealing with another issue at the same time and was called in on her day off. She made me feel comfortable with my choices. She even showed me to my unit from inside and outside, which door was best for my location and made sure my code worked before I left. She is wonderful at her job, such a pleasure to deal with.
